Sovra Agency is a brand of Bonita Designs LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Sovra Agency," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, and email address when you fill out a form on this site, and your name and mobile number if you share them in the chat window or contact us.
- Information about our clients' customers: when we send messages on behalf of a client business, we handle the contact details that client gives us (for example a name and mobile number) only to send the messages the client has asked us to send.
- Basic site data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests and provide our services.
- To send customer-care, review-request and occasional promotional messages for client businesses, only to people who have agreed to receive them.
- To operate, maintain, and improve this site and our services.
Text messaging and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only as needed to deliver them. The text messages we send include customer-care and review-request messages and, if you agreed to them, occasional promotional messages. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as messaging, email, and hosting providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@sovraagency.com.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
