These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Sovra Agency, a brand of Bonita Designs LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Sovra Agency," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide marketing and design services for local businesses, including Google review request messaging, review replies, missed-call text-back, and graphic design and social media content. The specific scope, price, and timing of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal with each client.
No guarantee of results
We work to help clients earn more reviews and leads, but we cannot guarantee any particular number of reviews, ratings, calls, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the client's service quality and customers' choices.
Reviews
We ask every customer for a review in the same way, with the same direct link. We do not filter requests by expected rating, offer rewards for positive reviews, or write or post reviews on behalf of customers. Clients are responsible for complying with Google's review policies.
Client responsibilities
Clients must have the right to contact the customers whose details they provide, and must collect any consent required by law before we send those customers text messages or emails.
Text messaging
Text messaging is governed by the terms on our Text Messaging page. Messages may include customer-care and review-request messages and, if you agreed to them, occasional promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Payment
Fees, billing dates, and cancellation terms are stated in each client agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sovra Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the services in the three months before the claim. This site and our content are provided "as is."
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page.
